Our approach blends tradition and creativity, influenced by our roots and the places we’ve lived.

Marian is a professionally trained chef who studied at the Culinary University in Argentina and refined her craft across Italy, Spain, and Malta. Her cooking brings together bold Latin American flavors with Mediterranean soul.

Anna, after more than 15 years working as a flight attendant, brings her deep understanding of hospitality, service, and attention to detail. She is also the heart behind our cakes and sweet creations, ensuring every experience flows naturally from the first moment to the last.

Based in the green heart of Umbria, we create intimate culinary experiences for travelers and locals alike.

Whether it’s a relaxed lunch in a countryside villa or a special gathering with friends, we take care of everything — from selecting the freshest ingredients to cooking, serving, and leaving your kitchen just as we found it.
