Step into the kitchen and experience Italian cuisine from the inside, hands-on, seasonal, and shared.
More than a class, it’s a moment around food, where cooking becomes a way to connect, learn, and enjoy together.
Each experience is designed around your group and your curiosity.
We usually begin with an antipasto to share, from there, you can choose between two main paths: preparing fresh homemade pasta or focusing on a seasonal risotto experience.
If you choose the pasta experience, we’ll guide you through traditional recipes such as cacio e pepe, carbonara, or a regional ragù bianco.
The experience finishes with a classic Italian dessert, usually tiramisù or panna cotta.

The Classic Italian Cooking Class
Duration: 3–4 hours
Format: Participatory & Demonstrative
Includes: preparation of a starter, preparation of homemade pasta with a sauce of your choice or a tasting of 2 risottos, preparation of a dessert of your choice, and a digital booklet with recipes and tips from what you learned in the cooking class.

Discover the essence of traditional Italian cuisine in this hands-on experience. Together, we’ll explore seasonal ingredients and authentic recipes that celebrate the soul of Italian home cooking.
We begin with an antipasto: which could be stuffed zucchini blossoms (based on availability) or aubergine and zucchini rolls.
The main part of the class is fully participatory , you’ll prepare fresh homemade egg pasta, learning the traditional techniques behind Italy’s most iconic dishes.
Depending on your choice, we can create:
• Cacio e Pepe and Carbonara, two Roman classics, or
• Ragù bianco, a traditional Umbrian sauce made with mixed meats and white wine, finished with truffle sauce.
If you’d rather skip the pasta, you can choose our Risotto Tasting option, where you’ll learn all the techniques to make an unforgettable risotto. Together, we’ll prepare three different varieties depending on the kitchen space and group size, this part can be either participatory or demonstrative.
To finish, we’ll prepare a traditional Italian dessert of your choice: either the timeless Tiramisù or Panna Cotta.

Olio Nuovo – The New Olive Oil Experience
Duration: 3–4 hours
Format: Participatory & Demonstrative
Includes: a olive oil tasting, preparation of a starter, preparation of homemade pasta, preparation of a dessert of your choice or a dessert tasting where the olive oil is the star, and a digital recipe booklet with recipes and tips from what you learned in the cooking class.

Celebrate the arrival of the new olive oil harvest with a sensory cooking experience dedicated to the flavors and traditions of Umbria.
We begin with a olive oil tasting, comparing the freshly pressed olio nuovo with aged and commercial oils.
Then, we move to the kitchen for a hands-on cooking session:
• Antipasto: a selection of bruschette where extra virgin olive oil takes the spotlight, paired with seasonal toppings.
• Fresh homemade pasta: you’ll prepare your own egg pasta, and we’ll cook it two ways: Aglio, Olio e Peperoncino and Pasta alle Verdure Invernali, both designed to showcase the depth and freshness of the new oil.
To finish, you can choose between two sweet options:
• Learn how to prepare a classic Italian dessert Tiramisù or Panna Cotta, or
• Enjoy a dessert tasting, where olive oil becomes the star ingredient. The tasting includes three small desserts inspired by olio nuovo, such as Ricotta with lavander honey and new oil, Affogato with new oil, and Chocolate with salt, peperoncino, and new oil.
